Update: Is this for real?
Yes, and No. So, I received ONE of the garages, and called to see where the other one was. The lady on the phone said that she's not sure why I only received one, when 2 were ordered, but that she corrected it and the other one would be shipped out this week. Well, I never got confirmation, so I called back today....and today....the price is up to $2099, and the guy on the other end informed me that they made a huge pricing error, and I should be happy I got one at that price. Which I am, don't get me wrong....but he was kinda rude. Not my fault that they made an error, right? So, anyways, they are refunding my $20.99, and I'm not getting that 2nd garage. Oh well.

Is this for real?
SUPER CHEAP GARAGE
Really? Discounted by over $3000, and free shipping? I ordered 2. :) They should be delivered tomorrow, so I guess we'll see. Upon receipt, I may order a few more.....what would I do with them? I'm not completely sure....but who am I to pass up a deal????

Gimme a Chance!
Before you start reading...this is a *slight* rant, just be aware :)
In 2004, I graduated college with an Associates Degree in Supply Chain Management, you know....transportation, purchasing, planning, logistics, stuff like that; the kind of degree that *should* be able to get you a job almost anywhere. And I did get one, but it only lasted about a year....you gotta love those companies, that decide they need a new position, create it, hire for it, and then eliminate it....Well, anyways, after that job was done, I started tending bar, part time; which turned into full time. Here I am, 6 years after starting this 'part time, interim job, and I'm still doing it. Now, I don't only tend bar, I've also taken on many other tasks there, such as editing the website, creating marketing materials, planning tournaments and events, data entry, writing the employee handbook, creating a new job application, and other miscellaneous administrative tasks. These all look good on a resume, right? Apparently not good enough. I'm trying, hard, to find a new job, a career, and I apply for at least 2 new jobs a week, I get an interview here and there, but it's always the same thing...."We need someone with more experience" or "We've decided to go with someone who's qualifications more closely fit our needs". WTF? I'm a hard worker. I put myself through college, while raising 4 kids, including newborn twins, and working full time. I graduated with Honors, and my last 2 semesters, I pulled a 4.0 GPA. I'm well rounded, attractive, intelligent, a quick learner, and an all around GOOD person. So, why is it that I can't find a job? A job that allows me to work days, and spend more time with my children, a job that allows growth and challenges me, a job that enables to me to pay off the $17000 in student loans, a career?
When do people, potential employers, start looking past the fact that I'm a bartender?

It's been a while....
Oh yeah...it has. Over the last year or so, I've thought to myself, "Self....you need to get on the ball and back to writing." But it hasn't quite happened that way. A lot has changed in my life, and it's taking it's toll, slowly but surely. So, here I am...blogging again, I hope. So.....off to blog...well, here to blog! And just because.......a song for me!

Vitamin Water
OH YUM! Have you tried Vitamin Water yet? Trust me, you need to. Right now, I'm drinking Power-C Vitamin Water. It's Dragonfruit flavor, and tastes very similar to Gatorade. They have all different flavors, and each different one is infused with different vitamins.
This is the next best thing to water...because not only do you need water to survive...you need vitamins and nutrients, too! WOOT!
